Mr. Miles brings more than 32 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Miles•McClellan. His experience includes a wide variety of construction projects and delivery methods, including construction management, design-build, new construction, and renovations. He ensures that all projects meet our commitment for quality, schedule, and budget; and he addresses all contract issues and resolves the owner’s concerns.

Lonnie Miles, PEPrincipal/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McClellan brings more than 34 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Director of Pre-construction Services at Miles•McClellan. His experience also includes a wide variety of construction projects and delivery methods, including construction management, design-build, new construction and renovations. His experience ranges in dollar volume from $50,000 to $140 million, and his job descriptions have varied from Field Superintendent and sole owner of his own firm to current partner in Miles•McClellan Construction. Terry is personally involved with the pre-construction services of every Miles•McClellan project.

Terry McClellanPrincipal/Director of Pre-Construction Services

Mr. McClellan serves as President of Miles•McClellan Construction and is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. Matt joined Miles•McClellan in 1991 and has held positions in business development, estimating, purchasing, and field operations. Matt is personally involved in the technical operations of every Miles•McClellan project. He ensures that all projects meet our commitment for quality, schedule, and budget, and that Miles•McClellan delivers the highest quality end-user product to all of our clients.

Matthew Q. McClellanPresident

Tim McClellan has more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry, 11 of which have been with Miles•McClellan. Tim spent his summer breaks from Purdue University working at Miles•McClellan as a Carpenter and as a Superintendent. In 2004, Mr. McClellan became Vice President of Operations for Miles•McClellan. In this role, he served as Project Executive and had complete responsibility for all aspects of the project to ensure that the client receives exceptional service, quality, and value. In 2008, Miles•McClellan grew into North Carolina and Tim eagerly accepted a new position as the Vice President of North Carolina. Tim is now responsible for managing and setting the direction of Miles•McClellan's North Carolina business unit while being in charge of business development, estimating and operations, as well as growing and enhancing the Miles•McClellan name in North Carolina. Tim will also work along with the corporate office to achieve overall company goals set forth by management, report sales and personnel performance.
